Clutch Hydraulic Hose/Line Or Pipe: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

-- Press in the hose/line assembly or pipe -1- with a new seal/O-ring -2- on the master cylinder connection -4- until clip -3- engages.

-- Pull on the hose/line assembly or pipe to make sure it is secure.

-- Press the hose/line assembly or pipe -4- with a new seal/O-ring -3- in the bleeder assembly -1- until the clip -2- audibly engages.

-- Pull on the hose/line assembly or pipe to make sure it is secure.

-- After removing the Hose Clamps up to 25 mm Diameter 3094 bring the supply hose back to its original shape.

-- Bleed the clutch system. Refer to CLUTCH SYSTEM, BLEEDING .

-- Install the battery tray and battery. Refer to Removal and Installation .

-- Install the complete air filter housing, refer to one of the following:

Gas engine, refer to [For engine(s) CCTA, CBFA] Removal and Installation or [For engine(s) CPLA, CPPA] Removal and Installation .

Diesel engine, refer to [For engine(s) CVCA, CJAA] Removal and Installation or [For engine(s) CVCA] Removal and Installation .

-- Connect the battery and follow the procedure regarding what to do after connecting the battery. Refer to Removal and Installation .
