Clutch Overview, With Dual Mass Flywheel, SACHS

- Dual Mass Flywheel
- Removing and installing, refer to one of the following:
Gas engine, refer to [For engine(s) CPLA, CPPA] Removal and Installation or [For engine(s) CVCA] Removal and Installation or [For engine(s) CCTA, CBFA] Removal and Installation or [For engine(s) CVCA, CJAA] Removal and Installation .
Diesel engine, refer to [For engine(s) CPLA, CPPA] Removal and Installation or [For engine(s) CVCA] Removal and Installation or [For engine(s) CCTA, CBFA] Removal and Installation or [For engine(s) CVCA, CJAA] Removal and Installation .
- Make sure it fits securely on the alignment pins.
- Keep the clutch lining contact surface free of grooves, oil and grease.
- Removing and installing, refer to one of the following:
- Clutch Disc
- Grease allocation.
- Only replace together with the pressure plate -3-.
- Removing and installing, refer to CLUTCH, WITH DUAL MASS FLYWHEEL, SACHS .
- Installed position, refer to Figure.
- Pressure Plate
- With an adjustment mechanism.
- Grease allocation.
- Only replace together with the clutch disc -2-.
- Removing and installing, refer to CLUTCH, WITH DUAL MASS FLYWHEEL, SACHS .
- Checking the ends of the diaphragm spring. Refer to Figure.
- Checking the spring and rivet connections. Refer to Figure.
- Approximately from May 2011: release bearing with an additional plastic washer, refer to Figure, pressure plate is adapted, refer to Figure.
- Bolt
- M6 - 13 Nm.
- M7 - 20 Nm.
- Loosen and tighten in small steps and in a diagonal sequence.
- Grease allocation.
