Accessory Bracket: Installing

Install in the reverse order of removal. Note the following:

NOTE:

For the correct tightening specifications, refer to RIBBED BELT DRIVE OVERVIEW .

Replace the bolts that have been tightened to an additional torque angle.

Replace the O-rings and seals.

-- Coat the new O-rings -4- with coolant.

-- Install the connection -2- into the coolant pump housing -3-.

-- Press the accessory bracket -1- onto the connection, mount the bolts and tighten them, refer to Figure.

-- Install the A/C compressor. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

-- Install the generator. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

-- Install the ribbed belt. Refer to RIBBED BELT .

-- Fill the coolant. Refer to COOLANT, DRAINING AND FILLING .
