Removal And Installation: Radiator: Removing

-- Drain the coolant. Refer to COOLANT, DRAINING AND FILLING .

-- Remove the cover for the intake air duct, disengage the side clips -arrows- to do so.

-- Unclip the lower intake air duct, disengage the clips -arrows- to do so.

-- Remove the intake air duct bolts -arrows- and remove the air duct.

-- Remove both the lower intake air duct and the intake air tube.

-- Remove the fan shroud. Refer to FAN SHROUD .

-- Remove the upper coolant hose -arrow- from the radiator.

-- Remove the bolts -1 and 2- and remove the radiator.
