Radiator, Fan Shroud And Fan Overview

Coolant Fan -V7-
- Removing and installing, refer to COOLANT FAN .
Nut
- 10 Nm
Fan Shroud
- Removing and installing, refer to FAN SHROUD .
Lower Coolant Hose
- To the connection for the coolant thermostat.
Retaining Clip
- Make sure it is secure.
Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor on Radiator Outlet -G83-
- With a O-ring
- Replace the O-ring.
O-ring
- Replace if damaged.
Upper Coolant Hose
- From the coolant pump.
O-ring
- Replace if damaged.
Bolt
- 5 Nm
- To the charge air cooler.
Radiator
- Removing and installing, refer to RADIATOR .
- After replacing, replace entire amount of coolant. Refer to COOLANT, DRAINING AND FILLING .
- Engine code CBFA: has a radiator identification sensor -G611-. Refer to Fig 2.
Nut
- 10 Nm
Bolt
- 5 Nm
- To the radiator
Coolant Fan 2 -V177-
- Removing and installing, refer to COOLANT FAN .
