Coolant Pipes Overview

Only use approved clamps for hose connections. Refer to appropriate service information.

The arrows on the coolant pipes and ends of the coolant hoses must align when installing.

Front Coolant Pipes
- Removing and installing, refer to FRONT COOLANT PIPES .
Coolant Hose
- From the turbocharger.
Coolant Hose
- To the coolant expansion tank.
Bolt
- 5 Nm
O-ring
- Always replace.
Coolant Hose
- To the heater core.
Small Coolant Pipe
- Removing and installing, refer to SMALL COOLANT PIPE .
Bolts
- 9 Nm

- From the after-run coolant pump.

- To the after-run coolant pump.
