Reducing Agent Injector -N474-: Removing

WARNING: Danger due to reducing agent leaking out.

Read safety precautions for handling reducing agent, refer to SCR SYSTEM SAFETY PRECAUTIONS .
Wear protective eyewear.

-- Remove the engine cover, refer to ENGINE COVER .

-- Release and disconnect the Reducing Agent Injector -N474- connector from the bulkhead.

-- Then free up the wiring harness.

NOTE: To catch escaping reducing agent place a clean cloth under the separation point.

-- Clamp off the coolant hoses with the Hose Clamps - Up To 25 mm 3094 and remove.

-- Loosen the clamps -3- to do this.

-- Loosen clamp -1-, and remove the Reducing Agent Injector -N474-.

-- Release and disconnect the reducing agent line -2-.

-- To remove the clip push the wire connection -1- together as shown in the direction of the -arrow 1-.

-- Remove the delivery line in the direction of -arrow 2- without special equipment and without >>sharply pulling<< on it.

-- Seal all the open lines and connections with clean plugs from the Engine Bung Set VAS 6122.
