Front Exhaust Pipe
- Removing and installing, refer to FRONT EXHAUST PIPE .
- Align the exhaust system free of tension, refer to EXHAUST SYSTEM, INSTALLING WITHOUT TENSION .
Screw-Type Clamp
- 7 Nm
- Replace after removing
Seal
- Note the installed position, refer to Figure.
Bolt
- Tightening specification and sequence, refer to Figure.
Seal
Screw-Type Clamp

- Tightening specification and sequence, refer to Figure.
Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Cooler
- Removing and installing, refer to EXHAUST GAS RECIRCULATION (EGR) COOLER .
Bolt

Bracket
- For cooler for Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR)
Screw-Type Clamp
- Tightening specification and sequence, refer to Figure.

Turbocharger
- Removing and installing, refer to TURBOCHARGER .
Seal
- Place on the catalytic converter.
Bracket
- for emissions control module
- with adjusting element
- Prepare the adjusting element for installation, refer to INSTALLING

-- Tighten the bolts in steps according to the sequence:

1.	-3-	Install all the way in by hand.
2.	-1-	20 Nm
