Clutch Overview, With Dual Mass Flywheel, Manufactured By SACHS

  1. Dual Mass Flywheel
  2. Clutch Disc
  3. Pressure Plate
  4. Bolt
    • M6 - 13 Nm
    • M7 - 20 Nm
    • Loosen and tighten in small steps and in a diagonal sequence.
    • Allocation.

NOTE: To prevent damage when removing the dual mass flywheel, the bolts -B- must not be loosened using an air powered or impact wrench. Loosen and remove the bolts -B- using hand tools only.

-- Rotate the dual mass flywheel -A- until the bolts are centered in the holes -arrows-.

-- Make sure the bolt heads -B- do not touch the flywheel -arrows- when removing them otherwise the flywheel will damage them.
