Rear Seat Backrest, Convertible: Removing

-- Remove the bench seat. Refer to SEAT BENCH/SINGLE SEAT .

CAUTION:

Do not press the rear seat backrests onto the center backrest mounting! To prevent damage to the backrest cover, place a foam piece or similar material between the backrest mounting and the backrest!

-- Remove the luggage compartment carpet. Refer to LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT FLOOR PANEL .

-- Remove the rear dual seat belt latch. Refer to REAR BELT LATCH .

-- Remove side trim. Refer to SIDE TRIM PANEL, CONVERTIBLE .

-- Remove the right and left luggage compartment trim panels. Refer to LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT SIDE TRIM PANEL, CONVERTIBLE .

-- Remove the bolts -1- and -2- from the upper section of the spare wheel well.
