Engine Speed Sensor -G28-: Removing

Conditions

Engine must be cold.

Procedure

-- Remove the noise insulation. .

-- Disconnect the coolant hoses from the engine oil cooler with the Hose Clamps up to 25 mm Diameter 3094.

-- Loosen the spring clamps -arrows- with the Hose Clip Pliers VAS 6362.

NOTE:

Collect any leaking fluid with the Drip Tray VAS 6208.

-- Remove the coolant hoses from the engine oil cooler.

-- Remove the oil filter bracket. Refer to OIL FILTER HOUSING .

-- Remove the bolt -arrow- and the Engine Speed Sensor -G28-.
