Cylinder Head Cover Overview

CAUTION:
After the high pressure line assembly, and when installing a new short engine, it is particularly important to tighten the fuel injector tension bracket to the previously mentioned tightening specification, refer to FUEL INJECTORS OVERVIEW . Only tighten the tension brackets >>hand tight<< after delivery when assembling the high pressure line in order to align the fuel injector. Engine damage may occur if not observed.

- Do not change the angles of the high pressure lines
- Refer to FUEL SYSTEM SCHEMATIC .

- Injection Unit Cover
- 10 Nm
- Tension Clamp
- Replace

- Bracket
- For wiring harness
- Vacuum Hose
- Make sure it is seated correctly and is routed without kinks
- To Wastegate bypass regulator valve -n75-
- Cylinder Head Cover
- For removing and installing, refer to CYLINDER HEAD COVER .
- Seal
- Replace if damaged or leaking
- Bolt
- Refer to Fig 2.
- Cover
- Replace the seal if damaged.
- Heat Shield
- Bushing
- For the rail element (high pressure reservoir) - mounting
- Replace if damaged
-- Tighten the cylinder head cover bolts to 9 Nm in sequence -1- through -7-.
