- Oil Level Thermal Sensor -G266-
- Removing and installing, refer to Oil Level Thermal Sensor -G266- .
- Seal
- Replace after removing
- Bolt
- Replace after removing
- Tightening sequence, refer to Fig 2

- For oil pan lower sections only
- O-Ring
- Replace after removing
- Coat with engine oil
- Bolt
- 4 Nm + 45°
- Replace after removing
- Intake Line
- Clean the screen if it is dirty.
- O-Ring
- Replace after removing
- Coat with engine oil
- Oil Pump
- Removing and installing, refer to OIL PUMP .
- Centering Sleeve
- O-Ring
- Replace after removing
- Coat with engine oil

- Oil Pressure Regulation Valve -N428-
- Removing and installing, refer to Oil Pressure Regulation Valve -N428- .
- Chain Tensioner
- Oil Pump Drive Chain
- Mark direction of rotation before removing

- Cylinder Block
- Oil Pan Upper Section
- Removing and installing, refer to OIL PAN UPPER SECTION .

- Replace after removing
- Tightening sequence, refer to Fig 3
- O-Ring
- Coat with engine oil
- Replace after removing

- 4 Nm + 45°
- Replace after removing
- Oil Return Pipe

- 8 Nm + 90°
- Replace after removing
- Oil Baffle
- Replace after removing

- 4 Nm + 45°
- Replace after removing
- Oil Pan Lower Section
- There are different versions.
- Removing and installing, refer to OIL PAN LOWER SECTION .
- Seal
- Replace after removing
- Coat the O-ring with engine oil
- Seal for sheet metal oil pan lower sections
- Oil Drain Plug
- 30 Nm
- Oil drain plug for sheet metal oil pan lower sections
NOTE:
Replace the bolts were tightened with an additional turn.
-- Tighten the bolts -1- through -20- in two stages and in the sequence as shown:

NOTE:
Replace the bolts were tightened with an additional turn.
-- Tighten the bolts -1- through -14- in five stages and in the sequence as shown:
