Overview - Crankcase Ventilation

Cylinder Head Cover
Seal
- Replace after removing
Hose
- To EVAP Canister Purge Regulator Valve 1 -N80-
Oil Separator
- Removing and installing, refer to OIL SEPARATOR .
Seal
- Replace after removing
Hose
- For the crankcase ventilation
- To turbocharger
Bolt
- 4 Nm
- Self-tapping
- Position the bolt by hand and turn it until it finds the old threads. Then tighten the bolt to the specification.
Seal
- Replace after removing
Bolt
- Self-tapping
- Position the bolt by hand and turn it until it finds the old threads. Then tighten the bolt to the specification.
- Tightening specification and sequence, refer to Fig 2.

-- Tighten bolts -1- through -7- in sequence as shown.

Bolts	Tightening Sequence/Tightening Specification
-1- through -7-	Tighten to 9 Nm
