Oil Pump: Removing

-- Remove upper part of oil pan. Refer to OIL PAN UPPER SECTION .

-- Tension the chain tensioner -1-, secure it with the Locking Pin T10115 and remove it.

-- Remove the bolt -1-.

Hold the chain sprocket -2-. in place. Use Counterhold - Kit - Multiple Use T10172.

-- Remove the chain sprocket from the oil pump and then remove the oil pump.
