Upper Oil Pan Bolt Tightening Sequence and Specification

-- Tighten the new bolts in 3 passes in sequence -1 through 14- as follows:
- Tighten the bolts hand tight
- Tighten the bolts to 15 Nm
- Tighten the bolts an additional 90° (1/4) turn
