Intake Manifold Overview

Intake Manifold
- With Intake Flap Motor -V157-
- With intake air swirl optimization
- Must not be disassembled
- Removing and installing. Refer to INTAKE MANIFOLD .
Bolt
- 8 Nm
Seal
- Replace after removing
Seal
- Replace after removing
Connecting Pipe
CAUTION: Make sure the connecting pipe decoupling element does not bend or stretch. Cracks could develop.
- Replace after removing
- Install without tension
Bolt
- Use the socket T10385 for loosening and tightening
- 20 Nm
Seal
- Replace after removing

- 8 Nm
Throttle Valve Control Module -J338-

- Removing and installing with the socket T40159
- 8 Nm
