Selector Lever Handle: Removing

The handle is removed together with the shift cover.

-- Move the selector lever into "D".

It is not necessary to pull out the button -A- manually. The push button locks in the installation position by itself when the handle is removed.

-- Unclip the cover -B- carefully using Trim Removal Wedge 3409.

-- Fold the cover -B- up over the handle.

-- Disconnect the connector -A- from the Selector Lever Scale Illumination Bulb -L101-.

-- Open the clamp -arrow- under the handle.

-- Pull the handle with the cover upward. Do not press the button while doing this.
