ATF Cooler, Round Version: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

NOTE:

Replace the O-rings after disassembly.

-- Install the plate spring:

It must contact the washer.
The convex side of the plate spring faces up.

-- Insert the tab -arrow B- into the opening in the transmission housing when installing the ATF cooler -1-.

-- Install the coolant hoses to the ATF cooler according the markings made during the removal.

-- Check the coolant level and fill if necessary. Refer to GENERAL INFORMATION , GENERAL INFORMATION , GENERAL INFORMATION or GENERAL INFORMATION .

-- Install the battery tray and the battery. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

-- Check the ATF level.

-- Install the engine cover with the air filter. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION , REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION , REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION or REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
