Overview - Cylinder Block, Transmission Side

Bolt
- 60 Nm + 90° turn
- Replace after removing
Flywheel
- Removing and installing, refer to FLYWHEEL .
- Only possible to install in one position
Sensor Wheel
- For Engine Speed Sensor -G28-
- Removing and installing, refer to SEALING FLANGE, TRANSMISSION SIDE .
Engine Speed Sensor -G28-
- Overview, refer to OVERVIEW - GLOW PLUG SYSTEM .
Bolt
- Tightening specification, refer to OVERVIEW - GLOW PLUG SYSTEM
Alignment Pin
- Quantity: 2
Intermediate Plate
- Be careful not to damage or bend it when installing.
- Installing, refer to Fig 2.
Sealing Flange, Transmission Side
- With shaft seal
- Replace after removing, refer to SEALING FLANGE, TRANSMISSION SIDE .
Bolt
- Tightening specification and sequence, refer to Fig 3.

-- Engage the intermediate plate -1- on the sealing flange -2- -arrow B-.

-- Push the intermediate plate on the alignment bushing -arrows A-.

-- Tighten the bolts in steps in the sequence shown:

Step	Bolts	Tightening Specification
1.	-1 to 6-	Install all the way in by hand.
2.	-1 to 6-	Diagonally in stages to 13 Nm
