Wheel Bearing, Disc Brake And Torsion Beam Overview

Axle Beam
- Removing and Installing. Refer to AXLE BEAM .
Stub Axle
- Straightening operations are not allowed.
- Recutting the thread is not allowed!
Cover Plate
Bolt
- 30 Nm +90°
- Replace after removal.
Wheel Hub with Wheel Bearing
- Sensor ring for ABS is installed in wheel hub.
- Removing and Installing. Refer to WHEEL BEARING UNIT, DISC BRAKE, TORSION BEAM .
  The wheel bearing and wheel hub are in a single housing.
  
  This wheel hub/wheel bearing is maintenance and adjustment free. Adjusting or servicing is not possible!
Bolt
- 180 Nm +180°
- Replace after removal.
- Self-locking
Dust Cap
- Replace after removal.
- Removing and Installing. Refer to WHEEL BEARING UNIT, DISC BRAKE, TORSION BEAM .
  An appropriate seal can only be achieved with a new dust cap.
  
  Only then is an optimum function and long service life of the wheel bearing guaranteed.
