Coolant Pump 2 -V178-: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

NOTE:

The hose connections as well as the air guide pipes and hoses must be free of oil and grease before installing.

Secure hose connections with standard production clamps.

-- Install the air guide pipe.

-- Install the air guide hoses and screw-type clamps.

-- Install the noise insulation. Refer to DESCRIPTION AND OPERATION .

-- Check the coolant level. Refer to COOLANT, DRAINING AND FILLING .
