Clutch Overview, With Single Flywheel

Single Flywheel
- Removing and installing, refer to CLUTCH, WITH SINGLE FLYWHEEL .
- Make sure it fits securely on the centering pins.
- Keep the clutch lining contact surface free of grooves, oil and grease.
Clutch Plate
- Grease allocation.
- The clutch plate spring cage faces the pressure plate -3-.
- For centering, refer to CLUTCH, WITH SINGLE FLYWHEEL .
- Lightly grease the splines.
Pressure Plate
- Removing and installing. Refer to CLUTCH, WITH SINGLE FLYWHEEL .
- Check the ends of the diaphragm spring, refer to Figure.
- Checking the spring connections and rivet connections, refer to Figure.
- Check the metal ring, refer to Figure.
Bolt
- M6 - 13 Nm
- M7 - 20 Nm
- Grease allocation.
- Loosen and tighten in small steps and in a diagonal sequence.
