Clutch Pedal Overview

- Bulkhead
- With studs for the bracket.
- Gasket
- Always replace after removing the mounting bracket.
- Self adhesive.
- Attached to the bracket.
- Mounting Bracket
- For the clutch pedal mount.
- Some equipment versions have a sound absorber, refer to Fig 2.
- Removing and installing, refer to MOUNTING BRACKET .
- Bolt
- Over-Center Spring
- Lubricate all bearing areas and contact surfaces.
- Grease allocation.
- Removing and installing, refer to OVER-CENTER SPRING .
- Bushing
- Pin
- Lubricate all bearing areas and contact surfaces.
- Grease allocation.
- Clutch Pedal
- Lubricate all bearing areas and contact surfaces.
- Grease allocation.
- Removing and installing, refer to CLUTCH PEDAL .
- Mount
- Lubricate all bearing areas and contact surfaces.
- Grease allocation.
- To remove and install, disconnect the clutch master cylinder from the clutch pedal, refer to CLUTCH PEDAL .
- Gasket
- Always replace after removing.
- Between the clutch master cylinder and the mounting bracket.
- Clutch Master Cylinder
- Remove and install after removing the mounting bracket, refer to MOUNTING BRACKET .
- Clutch Position Sensor -G476-
- Can be checked in "Guided Fault Finding" using the Vehicle Diagnosis Tester.
- Removing and installing, refer to Clutch Position Sensor -G476- .
- Clip
- To remove and install the hose/line assembly or pipe, pull the clip all the way out.
- Supply Hose
- To the brake fluid reservoir.
- Plastic with additional seals, refer to Figure.
- Nut
- 25 Nm
- Always replace after removing.
- Self-locking.
- Quantity: 3
- For attaching the mounting bracket to the bulkhead.
- Nut
- 25 Nm
- Always replace after removing.
- Self-locking.
- Stop Bumper
- For the clutch pedal.
