Clutch Overview, With Single Flywheel

Flywheel
- Removing and installing, refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
- Make sure it fits securely on the centering pins.
- Keep the clutch lining contact surface free of grooves, oil and grease.
Clutch Plate
- The spring cage faces the pressure plate.
- Centering CLUTCH, WITH SINGLE FLYWHEEL .
- Lightly grease the splines
- Allocation.
Pressure Plate
- Removing and installing CLUTCH, WITH SINGLE FLYWHEEL .
- Check the ends of the diaphragm spring Figure
- Checking the spring connections and rivet connections Figure
Bolt
- Tightening specification for M6: 13 Nm
- Tightening specification for M7: 20 Nm
- Loosen and tighten diagonally and in steps.
- Allocation.
