Secondary Air Injection Pump Motor -V101-: Removing

Special Tools And Workshop Equipment Required

Torque Wrench (5-50 Nm) VAG 1331

-- Remove the noise insulation. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

-- Remove the left front wheel.

-- Remove the left front wheel housing liner. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

-- Disconnect the connecting pipes -1-, remove the nuts -2-, disconnect the electrical connector -3- and remove the Secondary Air Injection (AIR) pump motor.

NOTE: Press the securing ring to disengage the connecting pipes.
