Overview - Toothed Belt

- Bolt
- 180 Nm +135° (Further tightening can be made in steps, for example 90° + 45°)
- Replace after removing
- Loosen and tighten with the Counterhold - Crankshaft Sprocket 3415
- Do not oil the thread and the collar
- Crankshafts - Toothed Belt Gear
- There must be no oil on the contact surface between the toothed belt sprocket and crankshaft
- Only possible to install in one position
- Nut
- 20 Nm
- Damper Roller

- 20 Nm + 45° turn
- Replace after removing
- Tensioning roller

- Before removing, mark direction of rotation using chalk or felt-tip marker
- Check for wear

- Loosen and tighten with the Counterhold - Kit - Multiple Use T10172 with Camshaft Lock T10172/11
- Do not oil the thread and the collar
- Crankshaft Holder
- 9 Nm
- Camshaft Toothed Belt Gear
- There must be no oil on the contact surface between the toothed belt sprocket and camshaft
- Camshaft Carrier
- Removing and installing, refer to CAMSHAFT HOUSING .
- Bolt

- Damper Roller
- High Pressure Pump

- High Pressure Pump Stub

- There must be no oil on the contact surface between the hub and the camshaft toothed belt sprocket
- High Pressure Pump Toothed Belt Sprocket
- Overview, refer to OVERVIEW - HIGH PRESSURE PUMP .
- There must be no oil on the contact surface between the hub and the camshaft toothed belt sprocket
- Nut
- Do not oil the thread and the collar
- Tightening specification, refer to OVERVIEW - HIGH PRESSURE PUMP
- O-Ring
- Replace after removing
- Coat with coolant
- Coolant Pump
- Removing and installing, refer to COOLANT PUMP .

- Tightening specification, refer to -item 11- OVERVIEW - COOLANT PUMP/THERMOSTAT => List Item:Bolt
- Lower Toothed Belt Guard
- Removing and installing, refer to LOWER TOOTHED BELT GUARD .
