- Secure using Locking Tool T40267 before removing
- Timing Chain Tensioning Rail
- Guide Pin
- 20 Nm

- 4 Nm + 180°
- Replace after removing
- Regulator Valve
- 35 Nm
- Left thread
- Remove with the Assembly Tool T10352/2
- Bolt
- M6 bolt: 8 Nm + 90°
- M8 bolt: 20 Nm +90°
- Replace after removing
- Washer
- Bearing Bracket
- Camshaft Timing Chain Glide Rail
- Camshaft Housing
- Camshaft Timing Chain
- Before removing, mark the direction of rotation with paint
- Removing and installing, refer to CAMSHAFT TIMING CHAIN .

- Three Stage Chain Sprocket

- Installed position, refer to Fig 2
- Both surfaces -arrows- must line up across from each other.
