Removal And Installation: Radio: Removing

-- Turn off the ignition and all electrical consumers and remove the ignition key.

-- Remove the instrument panel center frame. Refer to Removal and Installation .

-- Remove the screws -arrows- on the Radio -R- -1-.

-- Pull the Radio -R- -1- far enough out of the installation slot until the connectors on the back side are accessible.

Connectors -1- through -6- :

-- Squeeze the tabs on the connector -arrows-.

-- Move the locking bracket in direction of the -arrow-. The connector will be pushed out at the same time.

-- Push the retainer -A- onto the audio/video connector and move the mount in direction -B-. The connector will be pushed out at the same time.

-- Unlock the antenna connections -arrows- and disconnect the connectors.
