Satellite Antenna -R170-, CONVERTIBLE, IN INSTRUMENT PANEL: Removing

-- Switch off the ignition and all electrical consumers and remove the ignition key.

Vehicles without Auxiliary Instruments:

-- Remove the instrument panel center cover. Refer to Removal and Installation .

-- Remove the bolts -arrows- from the Satellite Antenna -R170- -1- and then pull the Satellite Antenna -R170- -1- upward and out.

-- Disengage the connector and disconnect.

Vehicles with Auxiliary Instruments:

The Satellite Antenna -R170- is bolted to a mounting plate. The mounting plate is bolted to the auxiliary instruments trim.

-- Remove the auxiliary Instruments trim. Refer to [For transmission(s) 0A4, 02E, 09G, 02Q] [For engine(s) CVCA, CPRA, CBTA, CPKA, CPLA, CJAA, CBUA, CPPA, CCTA, CBFA] Removal and Installation .

-- Remove the bolts -arrows- from the mounting plate -1- and remove the mounting plate from the trim.

-- Remove the bolts -arrows- from the Satellite Antenna -R170- -1- and then pull the Satellite Antenna -R170- -1- upward and out.
