Contact Corrosion

NOTE:
Only original replacement parts are recommended, they are checked and compatible with aluminum.
It is recommended to use Audi accessories.
Damage resulting from contact corrosion is not covered by the warranty.
Contact corrosion can occur if incorrect fasteners (bolts, nuts, washers) are used.
For this reason, only fasteners with a special surface coating are installed.
Also, rubber or plastic parts and adhesive consist of non-conductive materials.
If there are doubts about whether the parts are suitable, then use new parts.
