Tightening Specification

Stage Bolt Tightening specification/rotation angle
1. -arrow- Install the bolts all the way in by hand
  • The ribbed belt will become tensioned.
2. -arrow- Turn until the tensioning roller bolt is all the way in.
  • The ribbed belt will be tensioned further.
3. -arrow- Loosen 90°
4. -arrow- 30 Nm
5. -arrow- Tighten 90° additional turn
