Ribbed Belt Drive With TENSIONER And A/C Compressor Overview

- Ribbed Belt
- Mark direction of rotation before removing
- Check for wear
- Do not kink
- For removing and installing, refer to RIBBED BELT .
- Ribbed Belt Tensioning Damper
- To release tension on ribbed belt, pivot using a wrench. Refer to RIBBED BELT TENSIONING DAMPER .
- Belt Pulley/Vibration Damper
- Assembly is only possible in one position because of the offset holes.
- Bolt
- Replace
- Use Original bolts.
- 10 Nm +90°
- Alignment Sleeves
- Make sure the auxiliary component bracket fits correctly.
- Bracket
- For the assemblies
- Removing and installing. Refer to AUXILIARY COMPONENTS BRACKET .
- 20 Nm +90° Additional Turn
- Replace
- Generator
- Removing and installing. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
- A/C Compressor
- Removing and installing. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
- Alignment Sleeves
- Make sure the auxiliary component bracket fits correctly.
