Right Coolant Pipe: Removing

-- Remove the engine cover. Refer to ENGINE COVER .

-- Loosen the bolt -1- and remove the bolt -2- and nut -3-.

-- Remove the bracket -4- from the fuel filter and then move the fuel filter -7- to the side with the fuel hoses -5- and -6- still connected.

-- Remove the noise insulation. Refer to Description and Operation .

-- Remove right front wheel housing liner. Refer to Removal and Installation .

-- Place the Drip Tray for VAS 6100 VAS 6208 under the engine.

-- Disconnect the connector -3- from the Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor on Radiator Outlet -G83-.

-- Clamp off coolant hoses with hose clamps Hose Clamps up to 25 mm Diameter 3094.

-- Loosen the clamps -arrows- and remove the coolant hoses from the right coolant pipe.

-- Remove the nut -1- and bolt -2- and the right coolant pipe.
