Haldex Clutch Pump -V181-: Installing

Install in the reverse order of removal. Note the following:

-- Replace the O-rings -1 and 2-.

-- Lightly coat the O-rings -1 and 2- with High Performance Gear Oil for Haldex Coupling 052 175 A2.

-- Push the Haldex Clutch Pump -V181- -arrow- all the way into the Haldex clutch housing.

-- Tighten the bolts -1- to specification, refer to Tightening Specifications .

-- Clip the wiring harness to the Haldex clutch securely and connect the connector -arrow- to the All Wheel Drive Control Module -J492-.

-- Add high performance gear oil for Haldex coupling and check the oil level in the Haldex clutch. Refer to HALDEX CLUTCH OIL LEVEL, CHECKING OR FILLING .
