- Cap
- Replace the seal if damaged.
- Bolt
- Tightening specification.FUEL FILLER DOOR UNIT .
- Fuel filler door unit with fuel filler door lock
- Fuel Filler Door Unit with Fuel Filler Door Lock
- With rubber gasket
- Removing and installing. Refer to FUEL FILLER DOOR UNIT .
- Breather Line
- To the Leak Detection Pump -V144-
- Bolt
- 8 Nm +90°
- Replace after removing
- Heat Shield
- Bolt
- 2.5 Nm
- Bolt
- 20 Nm +90°
- Replace after removing
- Left Mounting Strap
- Note the installation position
- Bolt
- 20 Nm +90°
- Replace after removing
- For the mounting strap and exhaust system bracket
- Right Mounting Strap
- Note the installation position
- Seal
- Replace after removing
- Insert dry into the fuel tank opening
- Coat the inside of seal with fuel only before installing the fuel delivery unit.
- Fuel Delivery Unit
- Removing and Installing. Refer to FUEL DELIVERY UNIT/FUEL LEVEL SENSOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING
- Fuel Pump, Checking. Refer to FUEL PUMP .
- Note installation position in fuel tank. Refer to 14
- With the Fuel Gauge Sensor -G-
- Fuel Gauge Sensor -G-, Removing and Installing. Refer to FUEL GAUGE SENSOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Locking Ring
- 110 Nm
- Check for secure fit
- Remove and install with the Wrench - Fuel Sending Unit:T10202
- The latch -2- from the sealing flange must lie between the tabs -1 and 3-.
- The -arrow- points in the direction of travel.
