-- Open the hood.

-- Remove the cover for the release cable coupling -2- above the headlamp on the driver side from the lock carrier.

-- Remove the cover -2- from the release cables -1- and -3- -a arrows-.

-- Move the release cable -1- 90° -arrow b- and then remove the release cable -1- from its mount -3- in the direction of the -arrow c-.
