- Removing and installing. Refer to TRANSMISSION FLUID PAN, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

- For attaching the DSG Transmission Mechatronic -J743- to the transmission housing

- Allocate using the transmission code letters.
- Removing and installing. Refer to MECHATRONIC, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Bolt
- Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to Tightening Specification and Tightening Sequence for Transmission Fluid Pan A. .
- Replace after removing
- Quantity: 5
Clutch End Cover
- For the dual clutch
- Removing and installing. Refer to CLUTCH END COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Dual Clutch
- Removing. Refer to DUAL CLUTCH, REMOVING .
- Installing. Refer to DUAL CLUTCH, INSTALLING .
Bleed Pipe
- Replace after removing
- Pressed into the transmission housing
Bleed Cap
- Placed on bleed pipe
Nut
- 20 Nm
Selector Lever
- Insert so that master spline aligns with shift rod
Seal
- Replacing. Refer to SELECTOR SHAFT SEAL, REPLACING .
Bolt
- 20 Nm +90°
- Replace after removing
Transmission Fluid Cooler
- Removing and installing. Refer to TRANSMISSION FLUID COOLER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
O-rings
- Replace after removing
Cable Bracket
- For the selector lever cable

Filter Housing

Transmission Fluid Filter

- For centering the transmission fluid pump to the transmission housing

Overflow Pipe

- To drain the transmission fluid, remove the drain and check plug -item 31- OVERVIEW - TRANSMISSION List Item:Fluid Drain and Check Plug and remove the overflow pipe.
- The length of the overflow pipe determines the fluid level inside the transmission
Seal
- Replace after removing
Fluid Drain and Check Plug
- 45 Nm
- There is an overflow pipe with a 8 mm inner hex behind this bolt -item 29- OVERVIEW - TRANSMISSION List Item:Overflow Pipe
- Drain the transmission fluid via the drain- and check plug and removed overflow pipe.
