Fuel Temperature Sensor -G81-, Removing And Installing: Removing

Special Tools And Workshop Equipment Required
- Mini Torque Wrench:VAS6854
- Diesel Engine Tool Set - 17mm - Socket Wrench:T10395/3 or Diesel Engine Tool Set - 17mm - Socket Wrench:T10395/11
-- Remove the engine cover. Refer to ENGINE COVER .
-- Disconnect the connector -1-.
WARNING:
The Fuel Line Is Under Pressure.
Fuel poses a risk of injury to the eyes and skin.
Wear protective eyewear and protective clothing to avoid injury and contact with skin. Place a cleaning cloth around the connection point before loosening hose connections. Carefully open the connection point to release the pressure.
-- Remove the Fuel Temperature Sensor -G81- -arrow-.
-- Collect escaping fuel using a cloth.
