Fan Shroud, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the noise insulation. Refer to OVERVIEW - NOISE INSULATION .
WARNING:
There is a risk of injury if the radiator fan turns on by itself.
- Disconnect the connectors before working near the fan shroud.
-- Disconnect the radiator fan connector -1-.
-- To do so, slide the retainer in the direction of -arrow A- and push the release downward.
-- Press the left and right fan shroud locking tabs at the same time in direction of -arrow B- and remove the fan shroud downward from the radiator.
