Charge Air Cooling Pump -V188-, Removing And Installing, Version 3: Installing

Install In Reverse Order Of Removal And Note The Following:

If the Charge Air Cooling Pump -V188- was removed from the bracket:

-- Engage the bottom of the retaining bracket -item ) OVERVIEW - Charge Air Cooling Pump -V188-, VERSION 3 - Retaining Bracket in the bracket -item ) OVERVIEW - Charge Air Cooling Pump -V188-, VERSION 3 - Bracket.

-- Remove the Charge Air Cooling Pump -V188-.

-- Make sure that the raised section on the rubber bracket -item ) OVERVIEW - Charge Air Cooling Pump -V188-, VERSION 3 - Rubber Bracket is in retaining bracket recess -item ) OVERVIEW - Charge Air Cooling Pump -V188-, VERSION 3 - Retaining Bracket.

NOTE:

Secure all hose connections with hose clamps that match the ones used in series production.

-- Check the coolant level. Refer to COOLANT, FILLING, WITHOUT ELECTRIC VACUUM PUMP .
