Coolant Pump, Removing And Installing: Notes

CAUTION:

This procedure contains mandatory replaceable parts. Refer to component overview prior to starting procedure.

Mandatory Replacement Parts

Bolts - Coolant Pump
O-ring - Coolant Pump
O-rings - Cylinder Head Coolant Valve

NOTE:

Pulling on the coolant pump control valve by hand to check the function is not permitted! This can lead to damage inside the coolant pump. As a result, the engine will not be supplied with enough coolant.
