Oil, Filling

-- Replace oil filler plug after removing.

-- Place the :SMN372500  under the front axle differential lock.

-- Use A Commercially Available Hose Approximately (1.50 M Long) With Outer Circumference Approximately 15 Mm And A Commercially Available Funnel To Fill: 

-- Route the Hose -A- through the engine compartment.

-- Clean the area near the front axle differential lock oil filler plug -arrow-.

-- Cover neighboring components.

-- Remove the oil filler plug -arrow-.

-- Insert Hose -A- in the filler hole -arrow-.

-- Insert funnel in Hose -A-.

-- Fill with oil until some starts to escape from between the hose and the oil fill hole.

-- Remove Hose. Some extra oil may drain out.

-- Install a new oil filler plug -arrow- and tighten it to the tightening specification.

-- If necessary, clean the area near the front axle differential lock oil filler plug -arrow- and neighboring components.
