Overview - All Wheel Drive Clutch

- O-Ring
- After removal replace the all wheel drive clutch
- Coat with High Performance Oil for All Wheel Drive Clutch and insert.
- All Wheel Drive Control Module -J492-
- Removing and installing. Refer to CONTROL MODULE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Bolts
- 9.5 ± 0.5 Nm
- Quantity: 2
- Driveshaft Flange Seal
- Replacing. Refer to DRIVESHAFT FLANGE SEAL ON REAR FINAL DRIVE, REPLACING .
- Driveshaft Flange
- Removing and installing. Refer to DRIVESHAFT FLANGE SEAL ON REAR FINAL DRIVE, REPLACING .
- Nut
- 210 Nm
- Replace after removing.
- Secure with Locking Fluid
- Bolts
- 50 Nm
- Quantity: 4
- All Wheel Drive Clutch Housing
- All Wheel Drive Clutch, Removing and installing. Refer to ALL WHEEL DRIVE CLUTCH, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- O-Ring
- Replace after removing.
- Coat with High Performance Oil for All Wheel Drive Clutch and insert.
- Quantity: 2
- All Wheel Drive Clutch Pump -V181-
- Removing and installing. Refer to ALL WHEEL DRIVE CLUTCH PUMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Bolt
- 9.5 ± 0.5 Nm
- Quantity: 2
- Rear Final Drive
- Removing and installing. Refer to FINAL DRIVE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
