All Wheel Drive Clutch Pump -V181-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING: Installing: Notes

Install in reverse order of removal while noting the following:

-- Replace the O-rings -1 and 2- if necessary and coat with a thin layer of Front Axle Differential Lock Fluid.

-- Push in the Front Axle Differential Lock Pump -2- all the way. Note the routing of the wiring harness when doing this.

-- Tighten the bolts -1- to the tightening specification.

-- Connect the connector -arrow- for the Front Axle Differential Lock Pump on the Differential Locks Control Module -J647-.

-- Check the Front Axle Differential Lock Fluid and fill if necessary. Refer to FRONT AXLE DIFFERENTIAL LOCK FLUID, DRAINING AND FILLING .

-- Check function. Refer to FUNCTION, CHECKING .
