Right Flange Shaft Needle Bearing (Polygon Bearing), Replacing

Special tools and workshop equipment required 

• Press Plate:VW401 
• Press Plate:VW402 
• Press Piece - Rod:VW407 
• Press Piece - Multiple Use:VW412 
• Bearing Installer - Rear Wheel Bearing Kit:VAS3253 
• Bearing Installer - Needle Bearing:T10047 

-- Remove the right flange shaft. Refer to RIGHT FLANGE SHAFT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the :T10047  so that the "B" letterings on both tool parts face each other.

• The depressions -arrows- must be under the bearing.

-- Bolt the parts together.

-- Remove the bearing locking ring -A-.

-- Turn the shaft while removing it -arrow-. This way the bearing running surface on the shaft will not get damaged.

-- Secure the bearing with a new locking ring.

-- Install the right flange shaft. Refer to RIGHT FLANGE SHAFT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
