Reducing Agent Delivery Module, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install In Reverse Order Of Removal And Note The Following:

NOTE:

Do not clean the delivery module for the reducing agent with compressed air.

Clean all components and connections with water and a lint-free cloth.

All components must be dry before assembling.

Coat the seals with lubricant before installing.

Check the seals for damage.

-- Clean all components and connections with water and a lint-free cloth.

-- Replace the shock absorber -item ) OVERVIEW - REDUCING AGENT DELIVERY MODULE - Shock Absorber.

-- Replace the spacer sleeves -item ) OVERVIEW - REDUCING AGENT DELIVERY MODULE - Spacer Sleeves.

-- Replace the seals -item ) OVERVIEW - REDUCING AGENT DELIVERY MODULE - Seal.

-- Position the reducing agent delivery module and push in the mount without tilting.

-- Apply the necessary force fully.

NOTE:

There are markings located on the supply unit on the reducing agent tank.

These Markings -S1 To S3- Show The Tightening Sequence.

The delivery module is replaced as follows.

Replace the bolts.

Tightening Sequence	Bolt Markings on the Supply Line	Bolt Position	Tightening Specification
1.	S1	Bolt with the largest distance to the seal
2.	S2	Bolt with the middle distance to the seal	6 Nm
3.	S3	Bolt with the smallest distance to the seal
