EGR Cooler, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the battery tray -1-. Refer to BATTERY, DISCONNECTING AND CONNECTING .

-- Remove the connection from the turbocharger. Refer to TURBOCHARGER CONNECTIONS, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the left coolant pipes. Refer to LEFT COOLANT PIPES, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the rear coolant pipes. Refer to REAR COOLANT PIPE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the bolts -arrows- and remove the resonator -1-.

-- If equipped, disconnect the connector -2- from the EGR Temperature Sensor - G98- -1- and free up the wire.

-- Open the heat shield boot push it to the side and disconnect the connector -5-.

-- Loosen the hose clamp -4- and remove the coolant hose.

-- Loosen the bolt -6- and push the screw-type clamp to the particulate filter.

-- Remove the bolt -1- with the :T10501  and loosen the bolt -2-.

-- Loosen the hose clamp -3- and remove the air duct hose. to do so push the EGR cooler downward.

-- Remove the EGR cooler.
