Connection
O-ring
- Replace after removing
- Coat with coolant
Centering Pin
Bolt
- Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to Engine Temperature Control ActuatorN493 - Tightening Specifications and Sequence .
Seal
- Replace after removing
Coolant Pump
- Removing and installing. Refer to COOLANT PUMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- With a new coolant pump, remove the protective cap
Bolt
- Tightening sequence. Refer to Coolant Pump - Tightening Specification and Sequence
Toothed Belt
- For the coolant pump
- Removing and installing. Refer to COOLANT PUMP TOOTHED BELT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Bolt
- 9 Nm
Toothed Belt Cover
Bolt
- 10 Nm + 90°
- Replace after removing
- Left thread
Drive Gear for Toothed Belt
- Pay attention to the installed position.
Balance Shaft Seal Intake Side
- Replacing. Refer to BALANCE SHAFT SEALING RING, REPLACING, INTAKE SIDE .
