- No expansion valve is installed in vehicles with a heat pump.
- It is a connection block.
-- The expansion valves Refrigerant Expansion Valve 1 - N636-, Refrigerant Expansion Valve 2 -N637- and Refrigerant Expansion Valve 3 -N638- must not be removed or replaced. |
-- Bridge the removed refrigerant lines on the condenser

-- Using the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester start the "Refrigerant circuit, charging" function in the "Basic setting".
- Doing so opens the electric valves on the refrigerant circuit.
- The function is active and can only be ended when the refrigerant circuit has been flushed.
- Keep the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester connected so that the valves stay open.
